Life Groups are where real community is experienced, friendships are formed, and personal support is realized.
We believe that spiritual and relational growth occurs best in a small group environment, therefore we encourage everyone to get involved in Life Groups and/or Connect Groups.
We offer several Life Groups that meet on a regular basis throughout the year. Typically these groups meet September through May and take the summer months off. There is a brochure in the rack in the West Hallway of the church that contains a list of active Life Groups.

Connect Groups
Throughout the year we offer six-week, small group experiences to the entire congregation that run in conjunction with one of Pastor's sermon series. For those who can't be involved in an ongoing Life Group, Connect Groups offer the opportunity for people to get to know one another through a short term experience. Connect Groups are announced in the bulletin and opportunity is given to meet facilitators and sign up for a group prior to their start date.
College/Young Adult Ministry
The mission of Refuge is to minister to and grow this family of young adults, ages 18-30, in friendship, caring, guidance, spiritual formation, outreach, missions, and meetings for fun, food, fellowship, teaching and worship. Refuge: That which shelters or protects from danger, or from distress or calamity; a stronghold which protects by its strength, or a sanctuary which secures safety by its sacredness; a place inaccessible to an enemy.
Men's Ministry
Living Water has a dynamic men’s ministry that believes that love is a verb! The Torchbearers actively pursue God’s best for their lives and their families. Just as the Word states that “…iron sharpens iron…” these men give each other permission to “be real” in a confidential environment that promotes growth and maturity. Putting their love into action, these men serve the church through the annual Mother’s Day Banquet, and many other unselfish acts of kindness to those in need throughout the year.
MOSAIC Single Adults Ministry
MOSAIC is a connection group designed to reach out and connect Upward Professional Singles from the ages of 30+ through the 40's. A Mosaic is a beautiful design achieved by many different colorful tiles joined together to become a wonderful dazzling image. That is who we are. We meet monthly at a member's residence for a time of food, fellowship, fun, worship and prayer. In addition to monthly meetings, special times together are planned for excursions and outreach ministries. Please check us out as we meet between services in the atrium. Contact

LWCC's women's ministry helps women of all ages and stages of life get connected to others. Opportunities for fellowship, outreach and teaching exist through Women of Worth and Sister to Sista weekly bible studies.
